Traditional Japanese architecture meets modern Japandi interiors, with a warm neutral colour palette that creates a calm and sophisticated ambience throughout the home.

The open-plan living area is the centre of the home, providing a comfortable space to relax and spend time together after a day in the mountains.

Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the serene alpine setting, enhancing the home’s sense of space.

Each bedroom has been designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, ensuring a restful stay.

Bathroom & Amenities

The property includes a well-maintained bathroom with a shower and a deep soaking bath. A washer and dryer is also available for guests to use. For a local bathing experience, guests are recommended to try the many onsens (hot spring baths) in the area.

Winter Access

Myoko Kogen is renowned for its heavy snowfall and exceptional ski conditions. During winter months, a 4WD vehicle with studless winter tyres is strongly recommended to ensure safe and reliable access.

Snow clearing is conducted daily by the hosts between 06:00 to 09:00 as well as in the evenings sometimes when required. Guests should expect minor noise disruptions from the snow blower during these times. This helps ensure the safety of all guests and keeps access clear for easy travel to and from the mountain.

House Guidelines

To ensure a high standard of comfort for all guests:

* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property

* Parties and events are strictly not permitted

* Only registered guests are allowed on the premises

* Please respect quiet hours, particularly in the evening

* Guests are expected to follow local waste separation guidelines (instructions provided)

* Excess cleaning and property damage may incur additional charges

Check-In

Guests will be welcomed on site by the hosts and guided through a brief house tour during check-in.

In accordance with local regulations and for security purposes, the property is equipped with two security cameras monitoring the entrance and exterior perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home.
